Despite perceived issues with their status under the Premier League’s Profit and Sustainability rules, the Blues have remained active in the transfer market. Tosin Adarabioyo, Renato Veiga, Keirnan Dewsbury-Hall, Omari Kellyman, and Marc Guiu have all joined the West Londoners since the end of the season.

Chelsea confirmed on Monday afternoon that they had added another prospect to their squad in the form of Wiley, who has signed a long-term contract. The full-back has agreed to a contract that will last until 2029, with the option to extend it by another 12 months, with Fabrizio Romano claiming a transfer fee of £8.5 million plus add-ons. Wiley is currently with the United States team preparing for the Olympic Games in France.
